Good afternoon, evening and morning, everyones a winner and all that...

First off I feel I'd better apologise for my drunken rambling of a write up last time... the wine, the music, the lights... you know how it is.

Anyway, something new for you all. A new, monthly original short story competition. This month it's a sci-fi themed thingymajig... and that theme be Time Travel. 500 words maximum. Winner gets the front page of the site for a month and a place in the annals of history... okay, it's not a gold medal or a bottle of champers or owt but it's better than nowt!

Send them in by 28th April for publication all through May by clicking here. I will publish the best five but only one can be the winner! Oh, it's like Highlander or something!

I'll be doing a proper update in the next couple of days (some nice stuff lined up too!) but for now, that's me done. And this time I can't even use the cat's as an excuse 'cos I'm at work!
