FRANK MINOGUE
Frank Minogue was born and raised in Canada and later moved to the United States where he earned degrees in humanities and fine arts at The University of Texas at Austin.
Frank's short stories have been published in a number of sci fi ezines and literary journals, such as Aphelion, Atomjack, Bewildering Stories, Wisconsin Review, Amherst Review, Sulphur River Literary Review, and Aura Literary Arts Review. In 2008 Virtual Tales published his sci fi novella "Figgy-Dowdy," now available on Amazon.
